Terms and conditions for Fit4Baby Unlimited Monthly Membership

This membership is for members who start off in the prenatal stage of motherhood taking Fit4Baby prenatal classes or our stroller classes but need the flexibility to put their membership on hold for a long pregnancy or maternity leave.

• Non-Transferable
• Monthly fee will be charged to your credit card automatically every month for a minimum of 2 months
• Auto pay will continue until you cancel your membership or will cease for up to 6 months if place on hold.
• Cancellations must be made in writing 10 days prior to next billing date.
